Lift Tickets

Lift Ticket Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel most lift tickets up to 7 days prior to the ticket start date for a full refund by calling Guest Services at 1-888-DEEP-SNO. Within 7 days of the ticket date, refund requests will only be considered for documented extenuating circumstances and must be submitted by email to customerservice@jacksonhole.com. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests due to injury or illness must be submitted within 14 days of the last valid day of the ticket and must include a medical note from a licensed physician. Requests submitted after this 14-day window will not be considered.
The Golden Ticket follows the same cancellation policy.
Promotional products, including Flex Five and March Radness, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

JHMR Season Passes

Included with every purchase of a JHMR season pass is complimentary season pass protection in the event that a passholder’s season is cut short due to the following personal events:

  • Injury, illness, or other medical condition that prevents skiing or riding for the remainder of the season
  • Military deployment or active service

If a passholder experiences one of these qualifying events, they may be eligible for the following refunds based on the date of the refund request and the number of days skied or ridden during the current season:

Ikon & Mountain Collective Passes

Ikon

Reservations can be canceled through your Ikon account any time before 11:00 am Mountain Time the day the reservation is for. 

Refund requests for the entire pass must go through Ikon. 

Mountain Collective

Reservations for free days can be canceled any time before 11:00 am Mountain Time the day the reservation is for. Reservations for 50% off tickets must be requested at least 7 days before the start date by calling 1-888-DEEP-SNO.

Refund requests for the entire pass must go through Mountain Collective.

Lessons

The same policy applies to all lesson types (private, group, full-day, half-day, etc.).

Guests can cancel without penalty if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made after your lesson starts will still be charged the full amount.

Please consider canceling as soon as you know you will not be able to take the lesson. Our instructors only earn money when they work, and it is difficult to reschedule them from last minute cancellations.

Rentals

A 100% refund will be issued if requested with at least 24 hours' notice by calling 1-888-DEEP-SNO.

Kids Seasonal Programs

A 100% refund is offered any time until the program start date by calling 877-590-2490. After the program starts, there will not be any refunds issued.

Multi-Day Camps

30+ days in advance: 100% refund

Within 30 days: 50% refund

No refunds are issued within 72 hours.
