If JHMR cancels due to weather:
Weather in the mountains can change quickly, and your safety is our priority. If we need to cancel your experience due to lightning or other conditions:

  • If you have not yet started any routes, you'll receive a full refund.
  • If you have already started one or more routes, we're unable to offer a refund, but we'll issue you a voucher to return another time. 

If you cancel due to weather:
If you choose to cancel your reservation because of weather, our standard 48 hour cancellation policy, outlined above, applies.

Guided Rock Climbing

Aerial Ropes Course

There will be no refunds issued due to weather closures for the Ropes Course if any part of the package has been used. Ropes course tickets can be rescheduled for another time if you had to come off the course due to a weather closure.  If the Ropes Course tickets have not been used, then we can issue a full refund.

Activity Tickets

Activity tickets are used for the:

  • Bungee Trampoline
  • Rock Wall

Activity tickets are good for the summer season for the current summer you purchased the activity tickets for. There will be no refunds issued due to weather closures for the 5, 10 or 20 pack of activity tickets if any part of the package has been used.  If the activity tickets have not been used, then we can issue a full refund.

Bike Park Season Pass

Refunds are issued when injury restricts biking for a minimum of 1 month of the season. In such cases a refund will be issued only after the pass is turned in with an original medical note signed by a physician, stating the expected length of recovery. The amount of refund will be pro-rated based upon date, less an administrative fee.

A request for a refund must be received by the Ticket Office within 30 days of the injury or by the last day of the season. Documents can be emailed to seasonpass@jacksonhole.com, or mailed to Ticketing Services, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, P.O. Box 290, Teton Village, WY 83025.
