Ikon Friends & Family Redemption

The Ikon passholder logs into their Ikon account on ikonpass.com

The Ikon passholder can see how many discounts they have remaining. Click "Share Discount" to send some to a friend.

The passholder enters their guest's name and email to send the discount to their guest.

The person who will be using the discounted ticket receives an email. Click the "Claim Discount" button.

The guest is directed to ikonpass.com to log into their Ikon account or create one if they do not have one.

Once logged into their Ikon account, the guest can see that they have discounts available.

The guest should go to our online store at https://shop.jacksonhole.com and log into their Jackson Hole account in the upper right. If they do not have an account with us, they will need to create one (note: this is different than the Ikon login). Then, click "Winter Lift Tickets" under the dropdown.

Click the "Ikon Friends & Family" product.

The Ikon Pass graphic in the middle of the screen will show the vouchers associated with the guest's account. Click "Log in to Ikon Pass" if it does not show you as logged in.

Enter the information on the right side of the screen and complete the checkout process. If the Ikon passholder has shared multiple discounts, the guest will need to add each desired date to the cart one at a time.
