Piste Mountain Bistro

Entering our third winter since its inception, Piste Mountain Bistro has quickly cultivated its niche among visitors and locals alike serving locally sourced dishes with an upscale twist. Winter 2017-18 will be no different at this elevated institution, where guests take the Bridger Gondola to 9,095' and enjoy not only seasonal dishes as part of the Rocky Mountain cuisine, but also a view of the entire valley of Jackson Hole. At Piste Mountain Bistro, we are proud purveyors of produce and meat from Vertical Harvest and Carter Country Meats. Lunch is served daily, with some exceptions due to weather or special event closures. Lunch reservations start at 11:30 am and are recommended.
