Piste Mountain Bistro delivers a lively dining experience at the top of the Bridger Gondola. A cheery fire burns in the entryway, which opens into a friendly bar scene with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer the best views of the mountain and valley. The outstanding food and ambiance are further elevated by excellent service. Be warned – you will want to return to this place time and time again.
At Piste Mountain Bistro, we are proud purveyors of produce and meat from regional producers including: Cosmic Apple Gardens ID, Snake River Farms ID, 460˚ Bread ID, Grove City Gardens ID, Larks Meadow Farms ID, Full Circle Farms ID, Winter Winds Dairy ID, Haderlie Farms WY, Carter Country Meat WY, Lockhart Cattle Company WY, Mead Ranch Beef WY, and Cane Water Farm ID.
Piste is located at the top of the Bridger Gondola. Your reservation at Piste includes a free gondola ride to the top and back. Please show your reservation confirmation to the Bridger Gondola gate agent to gain access.
