This winter, ascend to 9,095 feet aboard the historic Bridger Gondola for an unforgettable culinary experience at the top of the Tetons. As the sun sets over the mountains and stars illuminate the valley, you’ll savor artfully crafted dishes inspired by mountain heritage and global influence.

Our new Executive Chef, Fernando Mendez—whose career spans some of the world’s finest kitchens—has curated a rotating, fixed-price menu designed to entice every palate. Chef Fernando Mendez brings global experience and a passion for culinary innovation. His career spans prestigious Four Seasons properties in Austin, Punta Mita, St. Kitts & Nevis, Mexico City, and Jackson Hole, as well as acclaimed independent operators in the Middle East. Most recently, Chef Fernando led culinary openings in New Orleans, showcasing his leadership and creative vision. His international journey has shaped a cooking philosophy rooted in cultural richness, fresh ingredients, and memorable guest experiences. Chef Fernando is dedicated to elevating our culinary offerings across the resort.
