Quick Start Guide

  1. Click here to add SmartPass to your phone. (Be sure to use the JStore login associated with your pass)

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the installation. Having trouble? See the step-by-step instructions and FAQs below.

  3. Click the orange/red circle in the middle of the app's homepage to activate the pass for the day.

  4. Put your phone in a left pocket.

  5. Give feedback via email from ‘i’ button on home screen SmartPass panel. Here, you can also view your BLE pass # for discounts or more information.

You can only use one pass per day (if you use your season pass first, the SmartPass will NOT work, and visa versa). This is on purpose to match how lift tickets/season passes work. Please leave your pass, or put it in an RFID blocker (all gate agents have them).
