Welcome to the future of lift tickets and season passes! Leave your ticket/pass at home, and go direct to lift with just your mobile phone.
As of March 2023, we are still in the beta phase of this new technology. If you'd like to opt in and use your phone as your lift ticket, please follow the instructions below.
Quick Start Guide
Click here to add Insider Pass to your phone. (Be sure to use the JStore login associated with your pass)
Follow the on-screen prompts to finish install. Having trouble? See the step-by-step instructions, video, and FAQs below.
Click the orange/red circle in the middle of the app's homepage to activate the pass for the day.
Put your phone in a left pocket.
Give feedback via email from the bottom of the app’s ‘i’ button screen accessed from the homescreen Insider Pass panel.
You can only use one pass per day (if you use your season pass first, Insider Pass will NOT work, and visa versa). This is on purpose to match how lift tickets/season passes work. Please leave your pass, or put it in an RFID blocker (all gate agents have them).

Download the JH Insider app from the app store.
Click "Opt In to Insider Pass Beta" at the top of this webpage.
Sign into your JH Insider account.
Click the family member(s) you would like to add the Insider Pass to.
Click "Add Smart Pass."
Click the red "Activate This Phone" button.
Click the green button in the middle of the screen.
Before skiing, click the orangle circle in the middle of the home screen.
The circle in the center turns green. Your pass is now ready to scan at the gates.
Keep your phone on the left side of your body. Do not close out of the app. Bluetooth must be turned on.
After you are done skiing for the day, click the green circle in the middle of the screen to turn the ticket off.
Click the black "i" button and then "Feedback" to leave feedback on your experience with the Insider Pass.
