Easy Hiking Trails
Valley Trail
Access GTNP via this trail located at the base of the Teewinot lift.
Top of the World
Distance: 0.5 miles round trip; allow 20 minutes
This hike is recommended for anyone who wants to experience the mountain but has very limited time.
Lower Faces Loop
Distance: 1.7 miles; allow 1-2 hours
Choose this multiuse loop for a quick and easy hike at lower elevation. It is also great for trail running.
Valley Trail
Distance: 1.5 miles to GTNP trailhead
Access Grand Teton National Park via this trail located at the base of the Teewinot lift.
Moderate Hiking Trails
Hoback Trail
Distance: 2.35 miles one way; allow 1-2 hours
Hike to the southern most boundary of the ski area on this new multiuse trail and then wrap across and up the Hobacks and Lower Faces.
Seven Bridges Trail
Distance: 0.78 miles; allow 1-2 hours
This trail has several wooden bridges crossing streams and small creeks that flow throughout the mountain.
Tram Line
Distance: 0.59 miles round trip; allow 20 minutes
This connector trail winds through trees and part of the disc golf course while providing access to Hoback and Lower Faces Loop trails.
Wildflower Trail
Distance: 3.9 miles one way; allow 2-3 hours
Enjoy this crowd favorite from the tram trailhead to the top of Bridger Gondola. It is steep at times with shaded rest areas.
Cody Bowl Trail
Distance: 3 miles round trip; allow 2-2.5 hours
Descend 800 vertical feet into a boulder-filled bowl at the bottom of Cody Peak. Cody Bowl is the last place snow persists in the summer.
Saratoga Trail
Distance: 1.66 miles round trip; allow 0.5-1 hour
Start near the bottom of Teewinot and follow the Valley Trail. Beware of wildlife while enjoying this short loop skirting the northern park boundary.
Casper Ridge Loop
Distance: 1.5 miles round trip; allow 1-2 hours
Enjoy breathtaking views from this scenic hike above the Bridger Gondola summit. This is a great sunset hike that circles to and from the gondola.
Rock Springs Loop
Distance: 3.5 miles round trip; allow 1.5-2 hours
This trail follows the Cody Bowl/Rock Springs Overlook Trail. Walk to the overlook and turn back to shorten, or continue for the full loop.
Green River Overlook
Distance: 2.8 miles round trip; allow 2-3 hours
This hike spurs off of the Rock Springs Loops Trail. It can be added to part of the loop or used as a hike on its own as an out-and-back style hike. This trail takes you to a rock ledge where you can view the valley below.
Strenuous Hiking Trails
Holey Moley
Distance: 1.7 miles; allow 1-2 hours
A steep and strenuous hike where beautiful views aren't the only thing that will take your breath away. You may encounter various types of exposure; not recommended for beginner hikers.
North Ridge Trail
Distance: 0.32 miles one way; allow 1 hour
Connecting the Cirque Trail and the summit of Rendezvous Mountain, the North Ridge Trail offers dramatic views into Granite Canyon and Grand Teton National Park. Look for fossils and flowers along the trail. It is steep with exposure and is not recommended for beginners.
Cirque Trail
Distance: 1.8 miles one way; allow 1-2 hours
This scenic trail traverses to and from the summit of Rendezvous Mountain.
