The pastry team brought to life the history of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort! For the holidays, the pastry team built the 1966 tram dock and clock tower out of gingerbread.
Made from scratch, it includes over 50 lbs of royal icing, 45 lbs of gingerbread and almost 2 weeks' worth of work!
Every piece of gingerbread was made and rolled out by hand to form the shape of the old clock tower which was then intricately decorated with royal icing. They even put a toy tram inside the house with lights to create the illusion that it is getting ready to take you up to Corbets Cabin for a holiday waffle!
The Pastry Team at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort wishes you a very happy holiday!
