This is a big weekend in Teton Village as the Bike Park, Bungee Trampoline, Rock Wall and brand new Aerial Adventure Course will be opening for the season on Saturday, June 14th. Tune in here to learn how you can get in on the fun as well as more info on our new Grand Adventure Pass that bundles some of these activities together for the best way to spend the day in Teton Village.
Pictured above is the new Aerial Adventure Course. I haven’t gotten to sample the course yet but have been hearing rave reviews from staff members that have been training all week. The Aerial Adventure Course will be open all weekend from 10am-6pm.
The image below shows an employee enjoying some of the fun on course:
The best way to spend the day in Teton Village is with the Grand Adventure Pass (purchase online here and save $5). Adults can use the Grand Adventure Pass ($65 at the ticket window) for (1) ride on the Aerial Tram, (1) ticket on the Aerial Adventure Course, a $15 dining voucher good at JHMR restaurants (this weekend The General Store, Nick Wilson’s, Top of the World Waffles and Tin Can Cantina will be open). An additional benefit of the Grand Adventure Pass is 20% off lift tickets for the Bike Park on the same day.
Junior (Ages 6-17) Grand Adventure Passes are also $65 at the ticket window (or purchase online and save $5). Juniors get all of the above listed benefits but also (2) activity tickets. The Bungee Trampoline is (1) activity ticket and the Rock Wall is also (1) activity ticket. The combination of all of these activities is the perfect way for the family to spend the whole day in Teton Village.
Take a look at the Climbing Wall and Bungee Trampoline:
The tram is also included on the Grand Adventure Pass. Take a scenic ride and think about using the $15 dining voucher (included in Grand Adventure Pass but not regular tram ticket) for waffles at Top of the World Waffles in Corbet’s Cabin.
Don’t forget about the bike park opening this weekend! The Bike Park is open 10-6 and the trails are in great shape. You can go big like JHMR athlete Andrew Whiteford (pictured below), or enjoy the great learning terrain in the park. The Bike Park is not included in the Grand Adventure Pass but you can purchase bike park lift tickets separately or enjoy 20% off tickets if you’ve already purchased a Grand Adventure Pass that day.
Located right at the bottom of the Bike Park and next to the base of the gondola, the Tin Can Cantina also opens up this weekend and serves up tasty margaritas, tacos, burritos and more. This food truck offers up some great outdoor dining while you watch the action in the bike park above you.
There are a variety of free activities in Teton Village as well, including Disc Golf and Hiking. The balsam root wildflowers are starting to pop and the lower mountain trails are all dry. The Wildflower trail was new last year and offers a great hiking experience, or you can stay lower on the mountain with the Saratoga Loop or Lower Faces loop. Map and Trail Description.
We’ll see you in Teton Village this weekend!
