Whether it is a kid with a peanut allergy, someone gluten free, or a vegan friend, I recently learned how many options there are for dining at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Both at the base and on-mountain, almost everyone can dine at any location without going without. The variety everywhere is impressive and we rounded up some of the best options at each pre-or post-ski stop.

The General Store

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Starting with the hot drinks, which can be made with coconut, almond or soy milk, The General Store has plenty of choices for dairy and gluten free, vegetarians and even, those looking for something on the lighter side. The local vegetarian cafe, Healthy Being Organic Vegetarian Cafe & Coldpressed Juicery delivers its juices, salad and bars to the store. There are also gluten free muffins to choose from and all the smoothies are dairy free! You can even leave with keto-friendly spiked seltzers if you need to avoid beer.

6311

Grab and go with gluten free breakfast burritos and sandwiches at 6311. They also have dairy-free alternatives for their hot drinks and vegetarian choices on the menu, too.

RPK3

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Starting with a keto-friendly breakfast choice (tomato, egg and cheese sans toast), RPK3 also has a great selection for vegetarian and those wanting a lighter lunch. Salads and bowls fill the menu and all the sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread and can be served with a salad or fruit if you forgo the fries.

Casper Restaurant

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Nobody has to fear peanuts here, since the fries are done in a vegetable oil and are safe for those with allergies to eat. While there are burgers for carnivores, there is a veggie burger option and anything can be served on a gluten free bun, too. There is veggie chili and salads, too. And a braised mushroom burrito that can also be done as a bowl to be gluten free is a favorite.

Piste

Piste’s mid-mountain vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options will delight diners. The kale and quinoa salad has grilled pineapple and an avocado mousse and the MLT made with mushroom bacon and homemade Boursin will make a meat-eater jealous. There is even an Oreo pie for dessert that is friendly to gluten free folks.

Rendezvous

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

The salad bar at Rendezvous is a starting spot to build your own meal for those wanting more control. There is a vegetarian soup on the menu everyday which is also gluten free most of the time.  And the popular pho can be done with tofu and a mushroom broth if you want to avoid beef.

Off Piste Market

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Gluten free shoppers will be thrilled with the cookie options and if want a salad instead of the tempting slices of pizza, gourmet kale salads are satisfying. As with all the other on mountain stops, alternative milks  can be added to your hot drinks.

Corbet’s Cabin

While the waffles can be vegetarian if you can resist the bacon and peanut butter one, this location isn’t a good option if you have any issues with peanut butter. And let’s face it, gluten free just won’t work for waffles. So, at least  you know before you go.
