What happens if someone else uses my pass?

Season Passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.   Use of pass by anyone other than passholder is considered theft of service in Wyoming (§ 6-3-408) and may subject individuals to arrest and criminal prosecution.  If your Pass or the accompanying ticket is used by anyone other than yourself, your pass will be revoked for the remainder of the season and you will not be issued a refund. The purchase of a JHMR Pass or tickets may be restricted in subsequent seasons.

What can I do if I forgot my pass?

Passholder may purchase a $5 J Card as a daily replacement ticket or pay the $25 replacement fee to obtain a new pass.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are issued when injury restricts skiing for a minimum of 1 month of the season.  In such cases a refund will be issued only after the Pass is turned in with an original medical note signed by a physician, stating the expected length of recovery.  The amount of refund will be pro-rated based upon date for Grand and Weekend Passes, and uses for Plus Passes, less an administrative fee.
A request for a refund must be received by the Ticket Office within 30 days of the injury and by April 7, 2019.   Documents can be emailed to, or mailed to Ticketing Services, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, PO Box 290, Teton Village, WY  83025.  For additional information, please email or call 307-739-2640.

What happens if the lifts are shut down due to weather-related issues?

In rare cases that major lifts are shut, the JHMR Snow check policy may become effective.   Refunds are not given, however depending on which pass is affected and the policy for that day, a ski day may be credited to your pass.   Snowchecks are not given for Grand Passes.  Please bring your pass to the Season Pass office or call (307)739-2640 for more information.

What if my pass is damaged?

Passes damaged due to normal usage will be replaced at no charge. Other damage will result in a $25 replacement fee. Do not punch an additional hole in your pass as doing so will damage the RFID antenna.

What if I lose my pass?

Please report lost pass to the Season Pass office as soon as possible.  You are liable for any misuse while the pass is not in your possession unless you have already reported your Pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse.   Lost passes can be replaced immediately for a nonrefundable $25 administrative fee.
Are you willing to wait?  About 50% of lost passes are turned into the ticket office within 24 hours.
