Join us at Piste Mountain Bistro for a refined evening celebrating Angel’s Envy, the Louisville, Kentucky–based distillery known as the “House of Finished Whiskey.” Since its first release in 2011, Angel’s Envy has redefined American whiskey by finishing its spirits in carefully selected barrels, adding depth, balance, and nuance to every pour.

Guests are invited to arrive at 6:00 PM, with a four-course, chef-driven pairing dinner beginning promptly at 6:30 PM. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement and elevate Angel’s Envy’s signature expressions.

The evening will feature:

• Angel’s Envy Bourbon, aged 4–6 years in charred new oak, then finished 4–6 months in Port wine barrels, offering notes of vanilla, raisins, maple syrup, and toasted nuts, with a palate of ripe fruit, vanilla, toast, and bitter chocolate.

• Angel’s Envy Rye, aged 7 years in oak barrels and finished for 18 months in Caribbean rum casks, revealing aromas of citrus, caramel, maple sugar, vanilla, and spice, and a palate of sweet rum, sherry wood, and soft oak.

Set against Piste’s intimate alpine atmosphere, this fixed-price dining experience promises an unforgettable night of thoughtfully paired cuisine, exceptional whiskey, and mountain hospitality.

Piste Mountain Bistro is located at the top of the Bridger Gondola. The gondola ride takes 12-15 minutes and does not have heat, so please dress accordingly.
