Summer Seasonal Benefits

  • All employees are eligible for a Summer all-mountain pass which includes the JH Bike Park, sightseeing and base area activities.

  • Full-Time employees working 30 hours or more also receive free Summer all-mountain pass for their spouse and dependent children (under 18 or still in high school).

  • Full-Time employees working 30 hours or more are also eligible for discounted activities and tickets at Grand Targhee and Snow King during JHMR’s operating season.

Winter Seasonal Benefits

  • JHMR Grand Pass for all employees working 15 hours or more per week.

    • Employees working less than 15 hours per week will receive a partial ski pass.

  • Full-Time employees working 30 hours or more will receive free JHMR Grand Passes for spouses and dependent children (under 18 or still in high school)

  • Full-Time employees working 30 hours or more are also eligible for FREE skiing/snowboarding at Grand Targhee and Snow King during JHMR’s operating season

  • All employees are eligible for discounted skiing/snowboarding at partner ski areas connected with Ikon and The Mountain Collective.

  • All employees are eligible for up to three FREE ski/snowboard lessons with Mountain Sports School. *Based on availability
