Winter Goes on Sale October 5

With opening day just 58 days away, we are excited to welcome guests back this winter with new health and safety protocols across our operations to ensure guests can ski, ride and enjoy the mountain all season long.  

We are establishing measures to reduce crowding for each and every aspect of our business to enable sufficient distancing in our base areas, buildings, restaurants, lift lines, gondolas, Aerial Tram and across our Mountain Sports School products. We will also be managing the number of tickets available for purchase each day — we strongly advise guests to purchase tickets and Mountain Sports School products online in advance of their visit. Same-day window and online ticket sales will be offered based on availability.

Day Tickets and Advance Purchasing

Starting at 10 a.m. on Oct. 5, 2020, guests can review pricing, check availability and purchase day or afternoon tickets online at Jacksonhole.com/lift-tickets. To accommodate our guests, we have also adjusted the afternoon ticket start time earlier to 12 p.m. with same-day afternoon tickets on sale at 11 a.m. Guests are incentivized to purchase online before their visit with a 10% discount on purchases made outside 14 days or more and a 5% discount for purchases made within 7-14 days. Purchasing in advance also allows for pre-arrival ticket fulfillment, mailing and lodge delivery with the added convenience of direct-to-lift access. If capacity limits are met for a specific day, tickets will no longer be available for purchase. 

Season Passes and Pricing

On Oct. 5, a select number of Season Passes will be available for sale online. The following Grand and Grand ByPass Season Passes will be offered: Adult, Senior, College, Teen and Youth. The Rendezvous Peak Pass, 10-Day and 7-Day products will no longer be offered. More details on pass products, conditions and pricing can be found on Jacksonhole.com/season-passes. Guests who have already purchased any Season Pass product from JHMR to date will have full mountain access without limitations per the terms under which their pass was purchased. To reiterate, if you purchased a Rendezvous Peak, Grand, 7-Day or 10-Day Season Pass or ByPass product, reservations are not required. To provide more flexibility for our passholders, we are extending the refund date to Nov. 16. Season Pass products also include a START Bus pass for the winter. Passes sold through participating JH AIR merchants will still be available and are not subject to a reservation. 

Mountain Sports School

On Oct. 5, all private and class lessons including youth and adult programs, backcountry guiding, and adult ski and snowboard camp products will be available to reserve online in advance at Jacksonhole.com/mountain-sports-school. Season programs for youth and adults will be available to purchase starting on Oct. 12, 2020. This winter JHMR’s Mountain Sports School is prioritizing guest health and safety with new programs that offer a more individualized experience with smaller class sizes and protocols to provide a safe learning environment. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance for all Mountain Sports School products and programs. With smaller lesson groups this season, reservations should be made as far in advance as possible online at Jacksonhole.com/mountain-sports-school. As a reminder, Mountain Sports School products do not include lift access. We strongly recommend guests purchase lift tickets in advance of reserving their lesson to ensure same-day lift access is available. 

Ski and Snowboard Rentals 

This winter we’ve added more ways for guests to conveniently rent or demo equipment with health and safety at the forefront. Offering rental locations across three stores, two hotels and through personal delivery, JHMR has a ski and snowboard rental option to fit every guest need. To streamline the pick-up process, guests can purchase online in advance — and receive a 20% discount — or pick up equipment any time after 3 p.m. the day before use. We strongly recommend guests purchase lift tickets in advance of renting their equipment to ensure same-day lift access is available. Retail

JHMR-owned retail stores are open and operating with health and safety protocols in place. As a reminder, passholders who purchased a Rendezvous Peak Pass or Grand Pass are eligible for a 10% discount at JHMR’s retail outlets. We understand communication is essential this winter and will keep guests informed through as many channels as possible. Guests are strongly encouraged to download our free app, JH Insider, as an essential tool to receive real-time updates regarding mountain operations. We will also be introducing SMS text notifications, QR codes for hands-free touchpoints, mobile payments and much more.
