It’s dumping in Jackson Hole and the rope is dropping on Sublette tomorrow! Get ready powderhounds because we are currently in the middle of a Winter Weather Warning that is predicted to drop 27 inches of Teton blower pow by Saturday night (on top of the 7″ that blanked us last night). Early season conditions do exist in many areas but that won’t stop the true pow slayers from enjoying the fresh. With the addition of Sublette, we now have 9 lifts spinning and more terrain opening every storm. Who knows… with a few more inches of snow… Big Red could be right around the corner. Stay tuned with JH Insider and our Instagram, @jacksonhole, for the most up to date information.
This season by the numbers: Since to opening day, over 69″ of snow has coated Rendezvous Mountain giving us a base depth of 48″ at the summit and 30″ at mid-mountain. With 111″ of total snowfall we are exactly at the average snowfall over the past 34 years at the summit.
