Immerse yourself in the beauty of fall in the Tetons by exploring the North Ridge Trail at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.  Starting at the top of the Aerial Tram and traversing above Ten Sleep Bowl, the new North Ridge Trail winds through a little-used corner of Rendezvous Mountain.  The secluded trail offers panoramic views of the southern end of Grand Teton National Park, the greater Jackson Hole region, and the Bridger Teton National Forest.  Enjoy the unique sub-alpine environment that includes flora and fauna not seen on the valley floor.  Cliffs and boulders add to the stunning visional imagery you will find on the North Ridge Trail as you wind your way between the summit and where the trail meets the Cirque Trail at the bottom of Ten Sleep Bowl.  The trail offers a strenuous hike and has some exposed areas so please be mindful of the terrain and your abilities.

The trail can be enjoyed in either direction.  Consider walking from the top of the tram to the top of the Bridger Gondola or create a loop from the summit down the North Ridge Trail and back up to the summit via the Cirque Trail.  However, as you enjoy this beautiful new trail, try to picture the area covered in snow.  This section of Rendezvous Mountain is closed during the winter months and remains closed until it is free of snow.
