Januburied in Jackson was a cold smoke dreamscape, smashing long-held snowfall records and delivering a steady stream of stoke to locals and visitors alike. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort saw 168″ of snow fall during the month of January, breaking the 45 year record at the Rendezvous Bowl plot. The Raymer plot also came in the second deepest ever recorded at 177″, an unprecedented feat of nature rarely ever seen.  Check out further records broken below.

  • Third snowiest month ever recorded in history, behind December 1996 & February 2019. 
  • Highest total snowfall for January ever in recorded history (45 years!) Rendezvous Bowl with 168″. This surpasses the old record of 150″ in 1998 by a foot!
  • 2nd highest Raymer Plot in recorded history at 177″.
  • Over 11 FEET of snowfall by January 15.
