Joining us in Jackson Hole for the holidays? The Teton Village Association and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort are excited to bring another festive ten day line-up for our fifth year of the Holiday Round-Up. From opening a brand new chair lift, to ice skating with Santa, to meeting the four-legged and flying animals of Wyoming, you are sure to have an action-packed week with us. All of the events are free and open to the whole family!

We’re kicking off our 2019 Holiday Round-Up week with a bang on Saturday, December 21. The beloved Eagles Rest quad chair is back! The opening festivities will begin at 10:30am with a blessing of the chair and a ribbon cutting ceremony. Take an inaugural spin on the chair to beginner terrain with the whole family! The Eagle’s Rest chairlift is located uphill between the Bridger and Sweetwater Gondolas.

Feeling crafty? Join the Jackson Hole Children’s Museum on Sunday, December 22 from 4-5pm at the Kids Ranch for an evening of ornament making.

Enjoy ice skating on Teton Village’s new ice skating rink on Monday, December 23 from 4-5pm. If you have your own skates, bring them and enjoy the rink for free. If you need rental skates, we’ll be offering those at the warming hut. Grab the family and join us for a night of gliding around under the Wyoming winter sky!

Santa drops in on Tuesday, December 24 at 4:30pm

One of our favorite traditions is on Tuesday, December 24 from 4-5pm. Santa is ditching his sleigh for the evening as he drops in from our Jackson Hole tram! Join us outside of RPK3 around 4:30 for a special arrival.

You may have seen Santa sitting in his chair at the mall, but have you ever seen him ski? Well, Santa is a pretty solid intermediate skier these days thanks to our friends at the Mountain Sports School! Look for the big fellow in red around Teewinot on Wednesday, December 25 around 9am or find him on the hill afterward until 1pm.

One of our most popular events is back again on Thursday, December 26. Hawks, Eagles, Owls and Falcons from our friends at the Teton Raptor Center will take the center stage. Experience an incredible, up-close learning opportunity with live birds of prey in the Terra Ballroom from 4-6pm.

On Friday, December 27 from 4-5pm at the Kid’s Ranch, you have the chance to meet Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s cutest employees – our avi dogs! Come meet our furry friends and take a tour of our snowcats that bring us fresh corduroy every morning.

Come meet our furry friends on Friday, December 27 from 4-5pm

New to the lineup this year is our Solitude Station Family Après. Our friends from IWC Schaffhausen are bringing us a special production of the “Little Prince” on Saturday, December 28 from 4-5pm. Kids will enjoy cocoa and cookies with the film, and adults are invited to relax with specialty cocktails and apps. The best of both worlds!

Sunday, December 29 you are invited to a performance by Cathedral Voices from 4-5pm while enjoying the lights of GLOW Nights. Artists have created illuminated works for display in the Teton Village Commons that are inspired by the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. GLOW Nights lights up Teton Village in a way you have never seen before!

All abilities and ages are invited to enjoy free skate rentals on Monday, December 30 from 4-5pm at our ice skating rink. Grab the family and join us for a night of gliding around under the Wyoming winter sky!

Ring in the New Year with us on Tuesday, December 31 with our Glow Worm Parade and fireworks! All kids up to 14 years old who are comfortable skiing Eagles Rest are welcome to participate. Meet at Sweetwater Gondola ready to ski at 4:30pm. Come dressed with skis and boots (no poles please) for the 5:00pm Glowworm Parade. Participation is free and sign up is not required. Parents, enjoy watching the parade – you are not required to accompany skiers! Fireworks to follow.
