1/21/16 | JHMR Pounded by Snow, Preparing for Grand Reunion Weekend Events: February 6th & 7th
(January 21, 2016), Teton Village, WY - Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) received prodigious snowfall over the last week, with multiple storms dropping over 5 feet of snow, bringing the season snowfall total for season to 235 inches. "The conditions are as good as they've ever been right now," stated Vice President of Marketing, Adam Sutner. "This is the perfect time to follow the snow and get out to Jackson Hole, with fantastic conditions, and another week of our Golden Ticket Promotion," Sutner noted. The Golden Ticket is offered through January 31, 2016 and allows any passholder in the world to purchase lift tickets at 50% off window pricing, for the special 50th anniversary season.
Looking ahead, in continuation of the 50th celebrations, JHMR is proud to present a fun and festive weekend, Grand Reunion Weekend, February 6th and 7th. Two popular retro ski events are being revived for this special weekend, the Grand National Powder 8's Completion and Skijoring. The Powder 8's, presented by GoPro, will host teams from all across the west with the top three teams vying for $10,000 in prize money; while Jackson's legendary Skijoring evokes the cowboy spirit of Western Wyoming. Both of these events are great for spectators and embrace JHMR's rich ski history. Past JHMR employees are encouraged to visit this weekend with lodging and lift ticket deals in addition to department reunion parties. For more information on the Grand Reunion Weekend, click here.
