Ski Rental Delivery Service

We specialize in bringing our high-end rental fleet of skis and snowboards to your door with the added benefit of access to our three on-mountain rental shops. Our knowledgeable staff can set you up with new skis or boards and take care of any potential boot issues that tend to crop-up occasionally. You can also return your equipment to any of our locations when you are done with your rental.  Our goal is to create the most convenient, hassle-free rental delivery service in Jackson Hole.

How it works: Purchase your rental delivery products on our online store.  During the checkout process we will collect some information from you about where you are staying locally and when you would like your equipment delivered.  Once we have your order we will schedule your delivery and confirm the delivery details with you.  Our van and rental technicians will show up at your door with all of your gear and custom fit you and your group in the comfort of your hotel, condo or residence.

Q: Is there a delivery service fee for Mountain Direct?

A: No, we deliver for free!

Q: When will my equipment be delivered?

A: Once your order is placed through our website you will be contacted by our customer service team to confirm a delivery time.  You will be able to select your preferred delivery time when you place your order.

Q: What if there is a problem with the equipment?

A: Give us a call at 307-732-4050 and we will be happy to assist you, or stop by JH Sports and Teton Village Sports in Teton Village.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: A full refund is offered up to 24 hours in advance of the delivery.
