How Does JH Ski Delivery Work?

1. Book Online: For the 'Redemption' option, choose JH Ski Delivery.

2. We Come to You: We deliver and professionally fit your group at your lodging.

3. Free Lift Ticket Delivery: Already purchased JHMR lift tickets? We can print them during your fitting.

4. Hit the Mountain: Enjoy your day on the slopes! Want to try a different pair of skis or adjust your boots? Stop into JH Sports or Teton Village Sports at the base of the mountain. Enjoy complimentary ski and snowboard valet at JH Sports for conveniently located overnight storage.

5. Return Slopeside: Drop equipment at one of our base area shops listed above. 

Please note: There is a 48-hour advance notice needed for rental delivery as it takes time to prepare the orders. If for any reason a guest wants to book with less than 48 hours, please call us and we can potentially accommodate a delivery.

Concierge Plus

After your lodging fitting, we'll transport your equipment to our exclusive ski valet at JH Sports, just steps from the lifts. All your gear, including skis, boards, boots, helmets, poles, goggles, and gloves will be ready for you at the base of the mountain. Simply pick up your gear each morning and drop it back at valet when you're finished. No lines, no lugging equipment through the village. Just show up and ski.

Exchanges and Returns

After the delivery, guests have full access to any of our three physical rental locations in case you wish to exchange premium demo skis, upgrade packages, or change boots while on the mountain. Teton Village Sports and JH Sports are conveniently located right at the base of the ski lifts in "The Village," and Hoback Sports is located in the Town of Jackson. 

Once you're finished with the equipment, you can return to any of our three physical shop locations, or we can accommodate a scheduled gear pickup for those with ski-in/ski-out access.

Storage

JH Ski Delivery customers also receive free rental ski valet (skis/ poles or snowboard) at JH Sports located in Teton Village. Plus, delivery is free! For additional storage for clothing, boots, backpacks or personal items there are daily lockers located adjacent to the ticket office to Café 6311 ($10 small lockers / $15 large lockers) As well as basket check located on the bottom floor of the Bridger Center ($20/ day).
