Mindful Ski and Snowboard Camp is back for a second year January 30 – February 2 after a successful inaugural session last winter. This three and a half day camp brings mindfulness to the full body experience of skiing and snowboarding, enhancing one’s perspective on the relationship between sport and soul. Enjoy a more comprehensive and intimate Jackson Hole Camp experience in which you begin and end your day with guided meditation and mindfulness discussion in a small group format (limited to 20 participants), combined with health conscious dining offerings during camp meals and 2 optional yoga trainings. Mindful Ski and Snowboard Camp is for individuals seeking a meaningful getaway with like-minded people that honors their passion for skiing and snowboarding, the mountains, and a desire to grow their mindfulness practice in a dynamic experience. This camp is for intermediate to expert skiers and riders; all mindfulness abilities are welcome!

Participants will be placed into groups based on ability and coaches will assist in the integration of mindfulness and skiing/riding. By the third day, participants will have found a deeper understanding of the power of mindfulness and how it relates to the enjoyment of their sport and their lives.
