Jackson Hole Mountain Resort presents Winter 2009/10 Season Pass Line Up
Annual One Day Sale on Saturday, August 1 for 10 day passes
Family First – top priority for 5th Year

(Teton Village, WY. July 14, 2009) –Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) 2009/2010 winter season passes go on sale August 1, 2009. These include the All Mountain, Weekend Warrior, 10-day Tensleep and 20-day Trailblazer passes, which are all available at a 15% discount during August.  A 6-day College Pass will also be available for full time students.

On August 1, the annual one day only sale will offer five hundred 10 day passes at $415, over 20% off of the regular 10-day pass price. Vouchers for these special sale price passes will be distributed beginning at 8:00a.m. until all 500 are gone. Only one voucher per person and buyers must be present to purchase, however children who qualify for the “Free” pass in conjunction with this pass do not need to be present at time of purchase. The ticket office will be open from 8:00a.m.-2:00p.m. in the Tram Building. The vouchers must be used by 2:00pm on August 1 in order to receive the discount price.

The past two years, all 500 were distributed by 8:30a.m. and we expect a high demand for these again this year! JHMR requests that people do not bring their pets in order to reduce confusion and crowds.

JHMR’s Family First program states that JHMR season passes come with a free pass for children age 14 and under. When a parent buys a season pass product, one of his/her children 14 and under, will receive the same pass for FREE. Passes (any type) for additional children in the family (14 and under) may be purchased for 50% off the listed August price. Children 5 and under always ski free! Child must meet age requirement by Opening Day, November 28, 2009. Children (14 and under) do not have to be present at the time of purchase to qualify for these passes.

“Last year Jackson Hole Mountain Resort processed over 1000 FREE season passes for Jackson Hole families with our inclusive free child pass policy and the 5th and 6th Grade Passport program. We continue to be encouraged by the success of these programs.” Stated Jerry Blann, President JHMR.

The benefits of being a JHMR pass holder include a complimentary Winter 2009/2010 START bus pass; complimentary JH Ski Club Membership; invitation to the annual pass holder party and race; discounts on food and beverages, retail and rentals, and Mountain Sports School lessons and camps; 1 year Ski or Skiing Magazine subscription; discounts at select other Ski Resorts and complimentary lift access for Summer 2010.  These benefits do not apply for College, Lifetime, or Complimentary passes. The one day sale 10-day passes include all of these benefits, except for complimentary membership to JH Ski Club.
