Fall Snow in Jackson Hole | September 29th

This isn’t the first snow of the year in Jackson Hole, but with opening day just 59 days away we are really starting to get the winter itch. These photos were all shot from near the top of the aerial tram, with an inch or two (it’s still snowing though!) gracing the upper mountain this morning:

Opening day for winter 2014/15 at Jackson Hole is set for Thanksgiving Day, November 27th. Join us in the countdown to opening day by using #JHdreaming.

It’s not a bad day to head up to Corbet’s Cabin and grab a waffle and check out the new snow. The tram is open through Sunday October 5th, make sure to get up for one last “summer” tram ride.
