Is there a cost to attend the Jackson Hole Rendezvous concerts and events?
The concert on Friday, March 17, 2017 is free and open to the public and there are a limited number of VIP tickets available for purchase at JacksonHole.com/rendezvous.html. The concert on Saturday, March 18, 2017 will require a purchased ticket for entry. General Admission are available for purchase at JacksonHole.com/rendezvous.html. VIP tickets are sold out.
- All guests over the age of 3 are required to have a ticket for entrance
- Only purchase Jackson Hole Rendezvous tickets from the official EventBrite ticketing page. If you purchase from a third-party, you risk buying a counterfeit or invalid ticket. We are not responsible for and are under no obligation to accept fake, lost or stolen tickets.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered in the case of lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets, or if you cannot attend the event.
How do I receive my tickets?
A confirmation will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. This confirmation email will also include your concert ticket. Note: The email will come from Eventbrite not Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. If you have any issues with your ticket or finding your ticket, please contact Eventbrite's customer service department.
Where and when will the concerts and events take place?
The concert on Friday, March 17, 2017 will take place outdoors at the Town Square in downtown Jackson, WY. Doors open at 5pm. The concert on Saturday, March 18, 2017 will take place outdoors at the Village Lot in Teton Village, adjacent to the Tram Tower at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Doors open at 3pm. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately. All venues are standing room only.
Can I buy food and beverage onsite?
Yes, a number of local restaurants / food trucks, listed below, will be onsite selling food and beverage. Beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks will also be available for purchase. ID is required to purchase and consume alcohol.

Where do I park?
Parking is available for the Friday, March 17, 2017 concert at the Town of Jackson locations: Home Ranch Welcome Center Lot located on Cache Street and Gill Avenue and the Town of Jackson Parking Garage located on Millward Street and Simpson Avenue, just a few blocks from the Town Square. ADA parking is available for vehicles with appropriate placards.
For the Saturday, March 18, 2017 concert at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village, there is extremely limited parking available. Please make plans to use public transportation to attend the concert by visiting the Jackson Hole Rendezvous Transportation Page for detailed information. Limited ADA parking is available for vehicles with appropriate placards. Please use public transportation.How do I use public transportation to attend Rendezvous?
Teton County offers an extensive public transit systems via START BUS. Check this site regularly for updates on supplemental buses, schedule and locations during Rendezvous. For additional information about transportation to and from the event please review our Rendezvous Transportation Plan.

Is there handicap parking/access at the concert venues?
Yes, there will be a handicap section and handicap parking available on Saturday, March 18, 2017 in the lots in Jackson and Teton Village, but due to the nature of the venue, space is limited. Please contact our concert promoter PRIOR to purchasing your tickets to ensure there will be available space in the handicap seating and parking sections by emailing email@example.com.
What am I allowed to bring into the concerts?
Please leave the following at home, as attendees will be denied entry should any attempt be made to bring them into event venues: large bags/backpacks, coolers, alcohol/drugs, lawn chairs or folding chairs, bottles/glass containers, cans, dogs, weapons of any kind (including, but not limited to firearms and knives), laser pointers of any kind, signs attached to a stick or pole, recording devices, professional still cameras and video cameras. Strollers are permitted.
Please note that event management retains the right to make the final decision on prohibited items. Furthermore, specific concert or event security policies may create additions to the list above. All guests entering the venues are subject to search by metal detecting wands and/or pat downs.
Additionally, all small bags and purses are subject to search at venue entrances. Attendees will see an increased security and police presence both inside and outside the concert venues.

Do children require a ticket?
Yes, children 3 years and older require a ticket. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket.
