Dine with Altitude at Couloir Restaurant and Bar
Located at the summit of the Bridger Gondola at 9,095’, Couloir is Jackson Hole’s most unique dining experience. The restaurant is recognized by Food and Wine Magazine (Feb 2008) and named on the Condé Nast Hot Tables List (2008) for its exceptional hospitality and seasonal menu featuring American cuisine with Rocky Mountain roots. Executive Chef Wes Hamilton adheres to a sustainable policy, promising that the majority of his ingredients come from a 250 mile radius to ensure fresh and natural flavors and to source superior products from local purveyors. The evening gondola ride with warmed blankets will make this the most memorable meal of your vacation. The Couloir opens for the season on December 17, 2010. Open for lunch everyday. Located at the base of the ski slopes, The Peak features a Tavern style menu with an extensive après ski menu. Enjoy weekly chalkboard specials and 2 for 1 draft beers from 3pm – 6pm and weekly DJ on Thursdays and Saturdays. Some must try items include the waffle fries with elk chili, roasted corn and tortilla soup, Elk sausage ziti, or one of our famous burgers. For a light snack choose from our après menu, some must tries include the Peak Nachos, frito misto or the truffle devil eggs. Wash it all down with one of many local draft beers or specialty cocktails. Open for lunch and après ski daily from 11am to 8pm. Lunch ends at 3pm.

Located in Teton Mountain Lodge, Cascade Grill House & Spirits offers four distinct dining areas: the elegant dining room, adjacent bar serving tall cocktails, fine wines, local micro brews, the outdoor heated patio, and a private room for your party or group. All areas are served New Western cuisine. Each entree is prepared over a fire grill complimented with just the right blend of seasonings and creative accompaniments.

The Deck is Jackson Hole’s best spot for amazing views, happy hour specials and delicious food. The Happy Hour from 4:30pm – 6:00pm, with 2 for 1 margaritas, mojitos, draft beers and wine by the glass, is the perfect spot to unwind after an adventurous day. Offering a creative summer menu of appetizers and shared plates from the Al Fresco kitchen. The Deck opens for the season on July 4, 2010. Normal operating hours: Sunday – Friday at 4:30pm.
