Summer Lift Ticket and Pass Confirmation
Your lift ticket or pass order has been confirmed as detailed in the email that was sent to you.
You can pick up your tickets or passes at ticket windows, or the Guest Service Center at the base of the aerial tram at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Tickets will not be mailed to you. Please have the order confirmation that was emailed to you or a photo ID for pick up.
Upload your own picture for your pass! (Sorry, not available for one day tickets.)
If you would like to upload your own photo to be printed on your pass, go to http://estore.jacksonhole.com and click My Account in the upper right corner. Log in with the username that you used when purchasing the pass., then click View or Upload Photo. Please note our photo requirements on that page. If your photo does not meet our requirements, or if you are unable to upload your own photo, we will happily take one for you at the Guest Service Center.

Single Day and Multi Day Tickets: Cancellations prior to 24 hours in advance will be given a full refund. Within 24 hours, tickets can be changed for an alternate date within the current season. Please call 307-739-2654 for more information. Summer
