Upload your own picture for your pass!
If you would like to upload your own photo to be printed on your pass, go to http://estore.jacksonhole.com and click My Account in the upper right corner. Log in with the username that you used when purchasing the pass., then click View or Upload Photo. Please note our photo requirements on that page. If your photo does not meet our requirements, or if you are unable to upload your own photo, we will happily take one for you at the Season Pass Office. Uploading of a picture must be done within 24 hours of purchase if you choose the Mail Delivery option.
USPS Mail Delivery: If you chose to have your pass mailed, you can expect to receive it within 2-3 weeks of your order date. Please allow more time for orders placed during the last week of August. (Note: you must have a picture on file to be eligible for mail delivery. Please see instructions above.)
Season Pass Office Pick-up: If you chose "Season Pass Pick-up" as the delivery option, you can pick up your pass at the Season Pass office at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, located are at the base of the Aerial Tram in Teton Village. Please reference the table below for locations, dates, and hours of operation. Please have the order confirmation that was emailed to you or a photo ID for pick up. Note: November 25-27 will most likely be extremely busy in the Season Pass office. To avoid a long wait, we encourage you to pick up your pass in advance.

Season Passes are non-refundable except in the case of when injury restricts skiing for a minimum of 1 month of the season. In such cases a refund will be issued only after the Pass is turned in with an original medical note signed by a physician, stating the expected length of the recovery. The amount of refund will be pro-rated based upon date and/or usage, less administrative fee of $70.
A request for a refund must be received by the Ticket Office within 30 days of the injury and by April 5, 2015. Documents can be faxed to 307-739-2726, or mailed to Ticket Office, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, PO Box 290, Teton Village, WY 83025, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Season Pass Conditions & Policies:
NON-TRANSFERABLE: Season Passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Use of pass by anyone other than passholder is considered theft of service in Wyoming (§ 6-3-408) and may subject individuals to arrest and criminal prosecution. If your Pass or the accompanying ticket is used by anyone other than yourself, your pass will be revoked for the remainder of the season and you will not be issued a refund. The purchase of a JHMR Pass or tickets may be restricted in subsequent seasons.
FORGOTTEN PASS: You must bring your Pass with you every day that you ski or snowboard. One time per season, pass holders may purchase a daily ticket, and be reimbursed for that ticket if the pass is not used. If the pass is forgotten additional times, the pass holder must purchase a non-refundable ticket, or pay the $25 replacement fee for a new pass.
LOST PASSES: Please report lost pass to the Season Pass office immediately. You are liable for any misuse while the pass is not in your possession unless you have already reported your Pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse.
Lost Picture passes can be replaced immediately for a nonrefundable $25 administrative fee.

DAMAGED PASSES: Passes damaged due to normal usage will be replaced at no charge
