Rendezvous Fest 2016 FAQ

Is there a cost to attend the Jackson Hole Rendezvous concerts and events?
The concert on Friday, March 18, 2016 is free and open to the public and there are a limited number of VIP tickets available for purchase at www.jacksonhole.com/rendezvous. The concert on Saturday, March 19, 2016 will require a purchased ticket for entry. General Admission and VIP tickets are SOLD OUT for Saturday's Zac Brown Band show.

What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered in the case of lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets, or if you cannot attend the event.
To claim your purchased ticket for Saturday night's concert, please go to https://www.tandum.com/login and enter your phone number associated with your purchased ticket(s). Tickets purchased online are electronic and will be scanned from your phone or a printed version.

Where and when will the concerts and events take place?
The concert on Friday, March 18, 2016 will take place outdoors at the Town Square in downtown Jackson, WY. Doors open at 5pm. The concert on Saturday, March 19, 2016 will take place outdoors at the Village Lot in Teton Village, adjacent to the Tram Tower at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Doors open at 4pm. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately. All venues are standing room only. 

Can I buy food and beverage onsite?

Yes, a limited number of local restaurants / food trucks will be onsite selling food and beverage. Beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks will also be available for purchase. ID is required to purchase and consume alcohol.

Where do I park? PLEASE RIDE THE BUS!

Parking is available for the Friday, March 18, 2016 concert at the Town of Jackson locations: Home Ranch Welcome Center Lot located on Cache Street and Gill Avenue and the Town of Jackson Parking Garage located on Millward Street and Simpson Avenue, just a few blocks from the Town Square. ADA parking is available for vehicles with appropriate placards.
Paid Parking only is available for the Saturday, March 19, 2016 concert at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Lots: South Village Lot, Ranch Lot, Cody Lot, Crystal Springs, Stilson Lot (off-site). ADA parking is available for vehicles with appropriate placards. Car Pooling will be rewarded with lower fees.

Travel Tips
How do I use public transportation to attend Rendezvous?
Teton County offers extensive an extensive public transit systems via START BUS. Check this site regularly for updates on supplemental busses, schedule and locations during Rendezvous. Please enjoy Jackson Hole Rendezvous responsibly and make your transportation plans ahead of time.

Where do I park my bike?
Hoback Sports will have bike racks just south of the Mangy Moose in the open lot. Remember to bring a LOCK, FRONT LIGHT, AND REAR LIGHT for after the show.

Is there handicap parking/access at the concert venues?

Yes, there will be a handicap section and handicap parking available in the lots in Jackson and Teton Village, but due to the nature of the venue, space is limited. Please contact our concert promoter PRIOR to purchasing your tickets to ensure there will be available space in the handicap seating and parking sections by emailing tickets@gohighline.com

Is there RE-ENTRY allowed into the venue?

Leaving the venue and re-entering is only permitted in weather related or medical emergencies. If you have a request for re-entry, contact an event staff supervisor, onsite, prior to leaving.

What am I allowed to bring into the concerts?
Please leave the following at home, as attendees will be denied entry should any attempt be made to bring them into event venues: large bags/backpacks, coolers, alcohol/drugs, bottles/glass containers, cans, dogs, weapons of any kind (including, but not limited to firearms and knives), laser pointers of any kind, signs attached to a stick or pole, recording devices, professional still cameras and video cameras. Strollers are permitted.
Please note that event management retains the right to make the final decision on prohibited items. Furthermore, specific concert or event security policies may create additions to the list above. All guests entering the venues are subject to search by metal detecting wands and/or pat downs.
Additionally, all small bags and purses are subject to search at venue entrances. Attendees will see an increased security and police presence both inside and outside the concert venues. Dogs are not allowed at the concert.
Lawn chairs are discouraged. The event will have standing room only.

Do children require a ticket?
Yes, children 3 years and older require a ticket. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket.
