Reservations are required. Fares shown are one way based on round-trip purchase on AA.com. Tickets booked on AA.com must be purchased at least 14 days prior to departure, within 1 day of making reservations, or by 11:59 p.m. (CT) February 19, 2010, whichever comes first.
Travel Period: Fares are valid for travel through April 5, 2010.
Valid Travel Days: Fares shown are valid for travel to ski destination Sunday through Wednesday and from ski destinations Tuesday through Friday; other days are subject to higher fares.
Embargo Dates: Fares are not valid for travel to ski destination March 14, 21, 2010.
Fares are not valid for travel from ski destination February 16-17, March 18-19, and April 2, 2010.
Min/Max Stay: A 2-night or Saturday-night minimum stay is required, based on departure day, and a 30-day maximum stay is allowed.

Additional Taxes/Fees: Fares do not include (a) a federal excise tax of $3.70 per U.S. domestic flight segment, defined as one takeoff and landing, of a passenger's itinerary; (b) up to $18 per round trip in local airport charges; and (c) September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement originating at a U.S. airport. Tickets may also be obtained (and changes may be made to tickets purchased from sources other than American Airlines, such as travel agents, online third-party web sites and other airlines) through an American Airlines Telephone Reservations Office for an additional $20, or at an American Airlines Travel Center or Airport Ticket Office for an additional $30. Customers who purchase domestic economy class tickets will be charged $25 each way for the first checked bag and $35 each way for the second checked bag. Exceptions to our checked bag policy do apply;

Ticketing Changes: Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Changes must be made before your ticketed flight's scheduled departure time. If you cancel your flight prior to scheduled departure time, the ticket will be valid for one year from the date of issue on an unused ticket or one year from travel origination on a partially used ticket. If you do not cancel your flight before scheduled departure time, the ticket has no value.

Valid Carriers: Advertised fares are valid only on American Airlines, American Eagle, and AmericanConnection and do not apply to other codeshare flights. A portion or all travel booked on American Airlines may be operated by American Eagle or AmericanConnection. American Eagle is operated by American Eagle Airlines, Inc., or Executive Airlines, Inc., which are wholly owned by AMR Corporation, the parent company of American Airlines. AmericanConnection service is operated by independent contractor Chautauqua Airlines, Inc. American Eagle and AmericanConnection are registered trademarks of American Airlines, Inc.

Other Requirements: Currently, only U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, United Kingdom and
select Latin American and Caribbean mailing/billing addresses can be used to purchase tickets on AA.com. Infants under 2 years of age who travel within the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands may be held in an adult's lap at no charge. Please contact Reservations for applicable charges for other countries. AA reserves the right to request documented proof of age for any traveler 2 years of age or younger. Please be prepared to provide documentation (birth certificate, passport, etc.) upon request. No en route stopovers permitted. A stopover occurs when the passenger does not depart an intermediate point within 4 hours for domestic travel or within 24 hours for international travel. Prepaid ticketing is not allowed using these fares. Other restrictions may apply.

Delta Air Lines Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions: Fares shown available at delta.com. Tickets cost $20 more if purchased from Delta over the phone, $35 more at a Delta ticket counter or ticket office, and these amounts are nonrefundable. Tickets are non-transferable. Seats are limited.

Tickets: Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days prior to departure, but no later than March 1, 2010. Travel Period: Travel must be completed by March 28, 2010.

Blackout Dates: None.

Fare Validity: Fares shown are valid for travel to Wyoming on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and from Wyoming on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Fares are valid in the Economy (Coach) cabin on Delta/Delta Connection carrier flights only.

Minimum Stay: Three nights. Maximum Stay: 30 days or through March 28, 2010, whichever is earliest.

Cancellations/Refunds/Changes: Tickets are nonrefundable except in accordance with Delta’s cancellation policy. Fees may apply for downgrades/reissues and itinerary changes. Contact a Delta agent or visit delta.com for details.

Taxes/Fees: Federal Excise Tax of $3.70, Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $4.50, and the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 for each flight segment are not included. Taxes and fees must be paid when the ticket is purchased.

Baggage Charges: For travel within the United States, $23 fee for 1 checked bag and $32 fee for second checked bag when bags are prepaid during online check-in at delta.com. There is a $2 surcharge for the first bag, $3 for the second bag, when checking in via ticket counter, kiosk, or curbside. Allowances subject to size/weight limits. United Airlines Fare Facts

Fares are each way based on required roundtrip purchase for United Economy® travel on United Airlines® and United Express® carriers. For tickets purchased through United Reservations offices or at airport ticket counters, additional reservation fees will apply: $25 for United Reservations office bookings and $30 for airport ticket counter bookings. No reservation fees are added for tickets purchased at united.com. Fees are subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply. Fares purchased through other distribution channels may also be higher. When purchasing from United, always go to united.com to find United’s lowest fares. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates.

Purchase requirements: Lowest fares are available for travel between March 1 and March 31, 2010 and require a 14-day advance purchase. Fares between now and February 28, 2010 will be higher and require a 7-day advance purchase. All reservations and ticket purchases on united.com must be completed simultaneously.

Travel days/dates: Off peak fares are valid for travel to ski destinations Sunday through Wednesday and return is valid Tuesday through Friday. Fares for travel on other days of the week will be higher.

Blackout dates: None.

Additional taxes/fees: U.S./Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands fares do not include a $3.70 per flight segment tax. A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing. Fares do not include the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement at a U.S. airport or Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, which may be collected depending on the itinerary. Fares for Hawaii and Alaska do not include an $8.10 (each way) departure tax. For travel from Canada, fares do not include U.S. Inspection fees of $7, taxes/fees imposed by the Canadian government of up to $19.50, and a $32.20 international departure and arrival tax if outside of the 225-mile buffer zone. All international fares are subject to U.S. arrival and departure taxes and agricultural, immigrations and customs fees of up to $50. For travel to some countries, additional airport, transportation, embarkation, security and passenger service taxes/surcharges of up to $250 (each way) will apply depending on destination. For return travel from some countries, fares do not include airport and/or departure taxes of up to $45, which may be collected by the foreign government.

Itinerary changes: U.S. tickets are nonrefundable. No changes may be made after ticketed departure date for any portion of the ticket. For tickets canceled prior to the ticketed departure date, tickets are valid for travel one year from the original issuance date for a service charge of $150 for domestic U.S. Changes made on or before departure are subject to fare rules and a service charge of $150 for domestic U.S. If a reservation is not canceled before the ticketed departure date, the ticket has no value.
