Couloir Fine Dining

Located at the summit of the Bridger Gondola at 9,095’, Couloir is Jackson Hole’s most unique dining experience. The restaurant is recognized by Food and Wine Magazine (Feb 2008) and named on the Condé Nast Hot Tables List (2008) for its exceptional hospitality and seasonal menu featuring American cuisine with Rocky Mountain roots. Bar seating is available. Dinner is served Thursday and Friday, with expanded days during holidays. First seating is at 5:30pm.

Top of the World Waffles @ Corbet's Cabin

Don't miss our famour "Top of the World" Waffles. Fresh, made-to-order waffles with your choice of toppings are the perfect start to a day full of skiing and riding. Hot drinks and grab-n-go items are also available at the cabin

Nick Wilson's Cowboy Café (next to the Aerial Tram)

Serving clasic pub favorites including the house smoked kurobuta pulled pork sandwiches, homemade pizza and salads. Start your day with the full espresso bar and breakfast menu. Return after you hit the slopes for apres ski. With daily drink specials and a full food menu, this is a great end to your day.

Café 6311 (base of Bridger Gondola)

Just steps from the bade of the Bridger Gondola, Cafe 6311 serves toasted bagels, breakfast burritos and tasty designer wrap sandwiches. Espresso bar and coffee drinkis are available all day.
Open daily until 4pm

Rendezvous (top of Bridger Gondola and Marmot Chair)

Featuring individual "action stations" offering salad bar, house made soup, a fresh grill line and Idaho Salt Baked Potatoes with a selection of toppings. The restaurant has ipressive views of the summit of Rendezvous Mountain and the Famour Corbet's Couloir from the south-facing deck.

Lunch @ Couloir Restaurant

Offering a full service lunch, Couloir Restaurant provides casual dining at the Gondola summit perfect for those who want to relax during lunch! Menu favorites include the Snake River Farms Kobe N.Y. Strip Sandwich or the Poached Pear “Waldorf” Salad. Couloir is open to non-skiers as well with ourchase of Gondola sightseeing ticket.

Casper Restaurant (base of Casper Chair)

Come enjoy our deck or warm up by the fire at this mid-mountain favorite. Enjoy classic ski comfort food, grill menu and fresh made burritos with a bar that specializes in Bloody Marys and local beer.
