The NEW Bridger Restaurants - Jackson Hole Raises the Bar to 9,095 Feet

Located at the top of the Bridger Gondola (elevation 9,095'), with incredible valley views of Jackson Hole and the famed on-mountain Corbet's Couloir to the south, the new Bridger Restaurants will open in phases during the winter 2006/07 season .

The building exterior will combine rock and wood reminiscent of the Bridger Center with its beautiful beam work and large windows. The rustic, yet modern interior will incorporate environmentally friendly recycled rubber flooring, lyptus wood, marmolium and granite.

The Bridger Restaurants will include a large open plan servery, a 100 seat fine dining restaurant and bar (The Couloir), a "gourmet on the go" deli (Headwall Deli) and a private dining room (The Cornice). A spacious south-facing sundeck equipped with a professional grill will ensure diners can take in the rays while kicking back (heaters will be installed for the other 100 powder days!).

The Bridger Restaurant will be accessible to skiers and non-skiers, provide new and exciting breakfast and evening options and alleviate the pressure on existing on-mountain dining facilities," added Jerry Blann. Headwall Deli (opening December 25, 2006 with limited menu to start) - Located first floor in the New Bridger Restaurant. Our gourmet deli offers only the finest and freshest ingredients, featuring Boars Head meats, gourmet cheeses and homemade side salads.  Our salads will be made fresh daily, ranging from homemade potato salads, pasta salads and an apple and celery root slaw that is sure to please.   It truly is a deli experience like no other at 9,095 feet!

Mountain Servery   Don't miss this incredible new food court at 9,095 feet, featuring fresh soups and salads, a variety of asian delights, hand carved roasts and gourmet grill meals. Large seating area with south facing deck, weather permitting BBQ and full service bar. Open to skiers and non-skiers.

The Couloir (Unfortunately due to unavoidable construction delays this will now open early summer 2007)- An intimate fine dining restaurant and bar with breathtaking views of the mountains and valley.  All the food will be made from scratch with only the finest ingredients.
