Year of the Tram
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) will open November 29, 2008 and close April 5, 2009 for winter operating season 2008-09. Historically we have opened the first Saturday in December and closed the first Sunday in April, but this year the dates fell in a way which would not allow for JHMR's usual 128 day season. "Our employees and locals look forward to a 128 day winter season annually" stated JHMR President, Jerry Blann, "and with the new Aerial Tram opening, the season really can't be long enough".
