AMERICAN AIRLINES PROVIDES GREAT AIRFARE DEALS FOR MARCH TO JACKSON "We are experiencing a phenomenal winter", shared Mike Gierau, Chair JH AIR, with overall advance airline bookings for January and February reflecting year over year increases of 13% and 15% respectively. Despite this trend in bookings, there continues to be great opportunities to visit Jackson Hole while maximizing lower fares for travel during the very popular March season Some sample roundtrip fares: $279 from Chicago, $269 from Dallas Fort Worth, and $269 from New York. Additionally, the Jackson Hole resort community is offering very attractive packages including airfare, lodging and lift tickets through Jackson Hole Central Reservations 1-800-443-6931. For example: roundtrip airfare from Chicago, four nights lodging in the Town of Jackson and three days skiing, ski shuttle, taxes/fees start at $619/person based on double occupancy. Availability is limited and restrictions apply. JH AIR is a not-for-profit corporation designed to advance the cause of improved airline service to Jackson Hole. The board of JH AIR represents resorts, lodging, restaurants, banks and retail businesses in Jackson Hole. Jackson Hole -- A year round adventure outpost, with incredible skiing and snowboarding in the winter at any one of three resorts; Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Grand Targhee Resort and Snow King Resort. The Jackson Hole Airport provides amazing national park access in the summer. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to departure and tickets must be purchased at least 7 days prior to departure or within 24 hours of making reservations, whichever comes first. Fare is valid for travel ending April 6, 2008. A one-night minimum stay is required. Other dates of travel may be available at other fares. Fares do not include (a) up to $18 per round trip in local airport charges; (b) federal excise tax of up to $3.50 per U.S. domestic flight segment (one takeoff and landing); or (c) September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement originating at a U.S. airport, up to $5 per one way or $10 per round trip."
