Located on the top floor of the Bridger Center, the Gabe Room is a carpeted banquet room that has windows facing both Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and down valley toward the town of Jackson. There is a private outdoor entrance to the Gabe Room and an outdoor balcony facing the mountain. This facility is great for a group meal or an après ski party.

Nestled in the woods near the top of the Eagles Rest chairlift, Solitude Cabin is a charming log cabin comfortable for smaller functions. The cabin’s remote wooded location makes it a unique hideaway to host a special event. Available year-round, the cabin hosts catered events in the spring, summer and fall. During the winter season, the Solitude Cabin staff enjoys preparing gourmet meals sure to please guests.

The Cody Deck is a beautiful outdoor, mountainside setting suitable for events ranging from a casual barbeque or cocktail reception to an elegant sit down dinner. If your event is in the evening, you usually see beautiful sunset colors as the sun goes behind the mountains from the Cody Deck. And if families are part of your guest list, the grassy area just off the Cody Deck is a fun place to host activities for the kids while parents socialize on the deck.

In the summer, the main retail floor of the Bridger Center turns into a beautiful, large venue that can host activities ranging from small trade shows to sit down banquets. This space has very high ceilings with large windows which have spectacular views of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has numerous locations where groups can host outdoor functions. Groups can arrange space for private, uncovered gatherings or for banquet tents to be erected. Weather permitting, functions may be held from June through October. Site fees are based on the location and how long the tent will be set up. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort can help make arrangements for the tent, tables and chairs but guests are responsible for the costs involved.

The Events Tent is available for private events throughout the winter season. Located at the base of the mountain, uphill from the Crystal Springs Pond, the tent is an excellent location to host a pre-skiing breakfast, a picnic or barbeque lunch, or an après ski gathering.

The upstairs loft in the Casper Restaurant may be reserved for private group seating during the winter season. Guests purchase food by going through the self service line on the main level of the Casper Restaurant. Reserved seating is subject to stringent date and time restrictions.

General Information for all Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Venues

Use of all JHMR venues must be prearranged and approved.

A signed contract and 50% deposit must be received two weeks prior to the event.

All outside caterers must be approved prior to using JHMR venues.

JHMR will work with you to customize programs and usage of mountain venues can be combined with many exciting activities.
