Group Hospitality Services
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort offers many exciting complimentary programs to help visiting groups familiarize themselves with the area. Participation in these programs is an added bonus to any group visit.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are REQUIRED for all hospitality services activities. Spaces do fill up, so please call early to ensure your group does not miss out!
What better way to welcome your group to Jackson Hole than for one of our friendly locals to meet your group for a hospitality party when you arrive in Jackson. Hospitality parties can be held at the base of ski area at Jackson Hole Sports, inside the Bridger Center. Hosting a party at Jackson Hole Sports offers guests the opportunity to arrange their rental equipment and to sign up for pre-arranged activities in a more relaxed environment. Discounts on select retail products can be offered at Jackson Hole Sports hospitality parties. Refreshments can also be arranged. If you prefer, our staff can welcome your group at your lodging property or other designated venue.
Mountain Hosts will take your group on a 2-hour tour of Apres Vous and Rendezvous Mountains. A mountain orientation tour familiarizes the intermediate or better skier or snowboarder with the various chairlifts and terrain appropriate for their ability. We recommend taking this tour the first day your group hits the mountain. Tours leave from the Crystal Springs Pond Building at the base of the ski area at 9:30 am daily.
