New for this summer at the gondola summit, The Deck is Jackson Hole’s best spot for amazing views, happy hour specials and delicious food. The Happy Hour from 5:30pm – 6:30pm, with 2 for 1 margaritas, mojitos, draft beers and wine by the glass, is the perfect spot to unwind after an adventurous day. Offering a creative summer menu of appetizers and shared plates from the Al Fresco kitchen.

Dine with altitude. Step off the Bridger Gondola 3,000 feet above the valley floor and into a contemporary restaurant and bar serving American cuisine with Rocky Mountain roots. This award winning restaurant offers exceptional hospitality and warm service, and is guaranteed to be the most memorable dinner of your vacation.
Chef Wes Hamilton has put together adelicious seasonal menu to compliment this unique dining experience. Evolving from his concept of simple but precise food, he uses basic but bold flavors and products from local vendors to ensure the quality of his dishes. Making a conscious effort to use products from vendors in Wyoming, Utah, Montana and Idaho, Chef Hamilton aims to improve food excellence and economic sustainability by buying from local growers, providing healthy foods and reducing the carbon footprint. The menu only uses free range and natural meats, sustainable fish, and seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farms in order to uphold a “farm to table” policy.
Signature Dishes
“Locavore” Salad: 
Each week, Chef Hamilton attends the local farmer’s markets to pick out fresh fruits and vegetables to create this dish.
House Smoked Tenderloin of Buffalo:
Brined for 24 hours in Port and Red Wine, we then cold smoke the buffalo over applewood chips before roasting it whole. Served with a puree of cauliflower with white truffle, the dish is finished with a natural veal stock reduction fortified with Madeira wine. The buffalo is then sprinked with fresh black pepper and Fleur de Sel.

Our Signature Dessert Tasting changes weekly according to the seasons, produce availability and the inspiration of Pastry Chef June Cook. We understand that choosing a dessert is always a hard decision, so why not get a taste of all three?

Dine in the kitchen with Couloir’s Chef Hamilton and his culinary staff as they prepare a custom nightly menu with available wine pairings. This experience is available on any night the Couloir is open.

Ride the new aerial tram to the summit and enter Corbet’s Cabin for a great vacation memory you will never shake! Fresh made sweet or savory waffles with your choice of topping, snow cones, hot drinks, refreshing cold beverages, beer, grab-n-go-items, and tram souvenirs. Relax and enjoy your snacks on the outdoor deck while taking in amazing valley views. The ideal place to stop after a hike!
