Step off the Bridger Gondola in Teton Village at 9,095 feet and walk into a contemporary and hip new restaurant.
Already recognized by Food and Wine Magazine as the place to eat (February 2008 issue) and most recently named on the Conde Nast Hot Tables, May 2008, guests will enjoy exceptional hospitality, delectable american cuisine with rocky mountain roots and warm service, not to mention a starlit Gondola ride in the evening. The sunny outdoor deck is a perfect place for lunch, while taking in views of Corbet’s Couloir, the soaring heights of the Headwall and the incredible alpine setting. Signature Dishes:
House Smoked Tenderloin of Buffalo
Brined for 24 hours in Port and Red Wine, we then cold smoke the buffalo over applewood chips before roasting it whole. Served with a puree of cauliflower with white truffle, the dish is finished with a natural veal stock reduction fortified with Madeira wine. The buffalo is then sprinked with fresh black pepper and Fleur de Sel.

Music with a View
Enjoy a spectacular three-course meal or a memorable cocktail pre-concert in Couloir restaurant, 2800 feet above Teton Village at the summit of the Bridger Gondola. Then, be transported down the mountain for an evening of world-class jazz, big band, or classical music at the Grand Teton Music Festival. Price includes concert ticket, gondola ride, and dinner (alcohol, tax, and gratuity not included) or drink voucher (tax and gratuity not included). With priceless views of the valley and an expansive outdoor deck, Headwall Pizza and Deli are a must for lunch or dinner while in Teton Village. Bring the family and enjoy whole wheat crust pizzas made to order or by the slice. Select toppings from traditional favorites such as pepperoni or try the Chef’s special creation of the week. Deli sandwiches, fresh prepared salads, desserts, shaved ice, Starbucks expressos and coffees plus drinks from a full service bar. No desire to go camping? This unique evening event is perfect for friends and families. Let us build you a fire and serve you ready-made smores to cook over an open firepit while the group enjoys chilled champagne or any other cocktail of their choosing. Located on the 1st level of the Bridger Center, at the base of the Bridger Gondola. A popular breakfast, lunch and après hike stop, serving made-to-order hot bagel sandwiches, house-made soups, ice cream, shaved ice, and Starbucks expressos and coffees. Outdoor seating available.
