The Executive Chef, Wes Hamilton will be creating an extraordinary Western menu that excites the palette. He cares about his diners and will consistently keep the menu fresh reflecting the seasonality of Jackson Hole. Recently returning to Jackson, where he previously led kitchens at the renowned Jenny Lake Lodge and Four Seasons Resort, Wes and his team will be offering a daily lunch menu and a five or three course fixed price menu each night that matches the magnificence of the surroundings. Headwall Deli Located at the top of the Bridger Gondola at 9095 feet, this is a casual restaurant that is designed with the hiker, sightseer and adventurer in mind. With its newly arrived patio furniture and million dollar views the only problem it creates is a desire to never leave. Menu items include a good selection of gourmet sandwiches ice cream bars and fresh baked sweet goodies. Perfect for the start or end of a hike, drinks at the end of a day's adventure or after dinner treats!
