Couloir - Opening June 14, 2007

Couloir is far from ordinary dining. It's a total dining experience like no other in Jackson Hole. A friendly greeting and an exciting gondola ride start the experience. Breathtaking views of the mountains and valley below entertain diners as they quietly ascend to 9,095 feet to the new Bridger Restaurants building. Warm hospitality, a beautiful atmosphere, magnificent scenery, contemporary western cuisine, and superb service await the Couloir diner.

The Executive Chef, Wes Hamilton will be creating an extraordinary Western menu that excites the palette. He cares about his diners and will consistently keep the menu fresh reflecting the seasonality of Jackson Hole. Recently returning to Jackson, where he previously led kitchens at the renowned Jenny Lake Lodge and Four Seasons Resort, Wes and his team will be offering a daily lunch menu and a five or three course fixed price menu each night that matches the magnificence of the surroundings.

Couloir will be open daily for lunch through Labor Day and Thursday-Saturday for dinner. Reservations recommended 307 739 2675.

Café  6311
Location: Teton Village 

Café 6311 is located on the 1st level of the Bridger Center, just steps from the base terminal of the Bridger Gondola. Open daily, guests can enjoy hot bagel sandwiches, fresh salads, hot hoagies, espressos and coffees as well as domestic and imported microbrews. Inside and outside seating are perfect for any weather and any time of the day. Parents can enjoy this great central village location for a snack or meal as they watch their children go wild on the bungee trampoline next door. Coffee and Espresso Bar also located in Jackson Hole Sports on the main level of the Bridger Center.

Headwall Deli
Location: On - Mountain

Located at the top of the Bridger Gondola at 9095 feet, this is a casual restaurant that is designed with the hiker, sightseer and adventurer in mind. With its newly arrived patio furniture and million dollar views the only problem it creates is a desire to never leave. Menu items include a good selection of gourmet sandwiches ice cream bars and fresh baked sweet goodies. Perfect for the start or end of a hike, drinks at the end of a day's adventure or after dinner treats! Open Daily from 10.00am until 5pm regular or 6pm peak season/ Headwall Deli will remain open late until 9.00pm Thurs-Sat during Peak Season when Couloir is open for dinner.
