With regard to the retreat, we will begin our days with Ted’s yoga class and/or an exercise class taught by Tony Horton, creator of P90X. Then after breakfast we head to the mountain for a day of cutting tracks and exploring Jackson Hole’s glorious mountain! If you can tear yourself away from your skis/boards, we will meet for some lunch and share stories of the morning, and then create more amazing memories in the afternoon!
The hotel has been gracious enough to extend a 30% discount to our group. The Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa is where we’ll be eating and doing all the yoga and exercise classes. It is ski in/ski out and will be very convenient if you’re staying at TML. If you’re staying off the property, this is where you’ll want to meet for all exercise, yoga and meals. If all rooms are booked, you can still join our group and lodge anywhere else in Jackson with our “locals” option. Sample Daily Schedule:
7:15-8:15am �" yoga and/or p90x
8:30am-9:30am �" breakfast
9:30am-4pm �" ski & ride (lunch on your own, but we try to meet midday at mid chalet)
4pm-5:30pm �" apres ski/ride activities of your choosing- aka hot chocolate or hot toddies!
5:30pm-7:00pm yin/restorative yoga/deep stretch
7pm-8:30pm �" dinner
