Challenge yourself to climb the local’s favorite mountain! Walkers and runners are invited to participate in the 46th Annual Snow King Hill Climb on July 27th. The 2.3 mile race begins at the Jackson Town Square, follows Cache Street and climbs 1,571 feet up switchbacks and alpine terrain to the summit of Snow King Mountain.
The race is also the second race in the 'Run to the Summit Series' which includes three local Hillclimbs: Grand Targhee (June 29th), Snow King (July 27) and Rendezvous Mountian (August 24). The King and Queen of the mountain will be crowned at the final event. Competitors who complete all three Hill Climb events, for a total of 12 miles and over 7,500 feet of climbing, will be eligible for overall awards and a raffle with special prizes.
All participants must register online or at the Recreation Center by 3:00 pm on July 26th. Registration is $30. Race day regisration is available at the Jackson Town Square from 8:00 am - 8:30 am for $40.
