Now a few weeks into my Eric Orton running program, I am adding mileage, hills and speed to workouts.  I’ve been spending a lot of time alone with my fancy watch on the trails, so I called up Tim Mason, JHMR’s General Manager, to head out for a run up the mountain on the Wildflower trail.  There is no one better to run with than Tim, as he loves the mountain and knows it better than anyone.   Wildflower, swing, mason -June 2015

We ran up to the Casper Lift, and then turned around for the jog back down.

The trail is in perfect condition, with flowers starting to pop along the way.  There have been bears in the area, but we luckily did not find them today.  Tim had bear spray, just in case.
