Tomorrow at the Jackson Hole Farmers Market (8am – 12pm) Couloir Chef Wes Hamilton and his staff will be out on Town Square serving up a free, fresh bite of food for everyone.
The team is making a pan seared Heber Valley Juustoleipa (a locally made grilling cheese, similar to a halumi, but lighter and less salty) and fresh Garrett Ranch doughnut peaches drizzled with a rosemary honey.
I can’t think of a better way to kick off the weekend then trying this bite of goodness, picking up some fresh fruits and veggies and then hit the trails or the river. The Farmer’s Market in Jackson Hole brings farmers and purveyors together to share with the local community and visitors great local products in a fun atmosphere.
Here are a few of our favorite picks from the Farmers Market this week:
– Don’t miss the Cosmic Apple Farms salad mix.
– Swing by the Full Circle stand for fresh herbs. Oregano and basil are super fresh right now.
– The Snow Drift farm stand has it all, but the Couloir team is loving the carrots, cauliflower and turnips.
No meal is complete without a fresh crusty load of 460 Bread.
