Four Major Independent Ski Resorts Form The Mountain Collective™

Alta, Aspen/Snowmass, Jackson Hole and Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows have partnered to offer this exciting opportunity for passionate skiers and riders. For just $349, The Mountain Collective™ Pass includes two free days at each of the four destinations, plus a 50 percent discount on unlimited lift tickets at each of the destinations, once the complimentary days are used. In addition, passholders will receive exclusive lodging deals throughout the season. The 2012-2013 ski season marks Alta Ski Area’s 75th Anniversary. January 15, 1938, was Alta’s first “official” opening day. The entire month of January 2013 will include events and special anniversary lodging packages. Events will include screenings of vintage Alta footage, historical conversations presented by the Alta Historical Society, fireworks, and much more. Additionally, Alta is releasing a photography book this fall that will showcase different chapters in its storied ski history.
