Snow King Resort
Jackson's 'Town Hill' is also the oldest ski resort in Wyoming. It addition to its convenient location, Snow King is a magnet for racers - especially for national teams training early season. 'The King' offers the only night skiing in the area, and 'King Tubes,' their snow tubing park, is a must-do activity for all ages! -
Grand Targhee Resort
Located on the western slope of the Tetons in Alta, Wyoming, Grand Targhee is about 75 minutes from Jackson. Averaging 500" of snow/ year, Targhee offers some of the best intermediate powder skiing in North America. The cozy base area offers passage to 2,000 acres of skiing and snowboarding. If you're skiing Jackson Hole for a week, a day at Targhee is well worth the trip.
